A southbound handler isolates AF Core from NF-specific protocols and model mapping.

Example: PCF handler module

The PCF handler module:

• Provides an interface between AF and PCF using the Npcf_PolicyAuthorization API.
• Communicates over HTTP/2 to PCF.
